ARIN (Able to ReINspire)
by Irene Son

ARIN Brand

Irene created a sustainable accessory brand, ARIN. At ARIN, Irene skillfully integrates sustainability with creative designs, producing stylish and practical everyday accessories. Each product reflects a dedication to reducing waste and promoting environmentally conscious living.

Building on the principles that guide ARIN, Irene recognized an opportunity to further her commitment to sustainability by addressing even the smallest remnants of production. Rather than letting these materials go to waste, she envisioned a way to repurpose them, leading to the creation of HARIN with her friend Hannah.

HARIN embodies the values of ARIN while extending its reach into the education of young children. By utilizing leftover materials from ARIN’S production process, HARIN conducts workshops that teach children the importance of sustainability. This initiative not furthers ARIN’s mission of environmental responsibility but also empowers the next generation to embrace sustainable practices in their own lives.

ARIN Achievements

In 2023, ARIN proudly made its debut at the Orange County School of the Arts Winter Market as a student vendor. At this event, ARIN sold over 60 products and generated more than $1,200 in sales. In line with ARIN’s commitment to making a positive impact in our community, all profits from the event were donated to support Kyiv, Ukraine and the Visual Arts Conservatory of OCSA.

In June of 2024, ARIN proudly dispatched a donation from the profit earned at the 2023 OCSA Winter Market. This donation will support educational resources for children at Kyiv, Ukraine.
